Osteopathy

What is Osteopathy?

A system of diagnosis and treatment working with the structure and function of the body, enabling the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues to function smoothly together.

In many countries, babies are routinely seen by an osteopath after birth to ensure they do not have any restrictions that may prevent them from developing correctly. Especially those who had a difficult, long or assisted delivery (c-section, ventouse or forceps)

Treatments

We provide various treatments alongside Osteopathy, to focus on various conditions and ailments.

Cranial Osteopathy

Cranial osteopathy is a lovely, gentle treatment that uses subtle movements to release restrictions and correct the bodies alignment. This in turn can help with feeding (both breast and bottle), colic, reflux, sleeping and generally unsettled or jumpy babies and children.
