What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy works on restoring movement and function in the body, and can be used to treat those who may suffer from movement restriction due to illness, injury or disability. All of our physiotherapists treat you in accordance to your condition, and suit your treatment to you, whether you’re looking to focus on back pain, neurological problems limiting movement, such as stroke.

We will advise exercises to help assist with your treatment, to help maximise the outcome of your treatment.

Alongside our physiotherapy treatments, we also offer different treatments for specific conditions and needs.

Visceral manipulation is a highly specialised therapy designed to help release the restrictions that can build up within the body’s fascia – the thin connective tissues that surround the body’s organs.
